Struggling to find simple, healthy meal ideas your entire family will actually eat?! I totally get it moms! It's not an easy task...especially with all of the after-school activities our children are usually involved in! Try this one out tonight & AVOID that drive thru line!
Protein Packed Pasta
2 lbs lean ground turkey (93/7)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 package pasta
(less than around $8 total)
Boil water & cook pasta as directed on package.
Cook Meat until throughly cooked.
Stir in Sauce.
Place pasta & meat into slow cooker & cook on low setting approximately 3 hours
(if in a hurry...skip last part!)
Protein: 27 grams
Carbs: 40 Net Carbs
Fat: 9 grams
