HOW to achieve those GOALS...starting TODAY!

I personally like to set aside just a few minutes each week (typically on a Monday) to set GOALS for the week…both personally & professionally! I’m also focusing a lot on strategies with my clients to help them set their own goals & give them the tools to reach them. I wanted to share my top strategies for successful goal setting with you as well!
1. Make your goal positive!
For example, instead of saying “I can’t have that ice cream
for dessert every evening”…replace it with “I’m glad I am
choosing healthy foods to be able to run with my kids!
2. Set SMART goals
3. WRITE them down!
Post them on your mirror, journal, stick a note to your

4. Develop an ACTION plan!
